In June
2008 we will celebrate our 40th year in the tower business. With our
many experienced employees we have 100+ years of service in the field each and every day. Every project presents its unique challenges and requires the expertise and confidence of an experienced crew. We have erected towers in most of the 48 contiguous states and in the Caribbean as well as performing various maintenance jobs in
Canada.

Dedicated to the "Safety First" principle, Grant Tower has taken the lead to promulgate rules with the Michigan Occupational Health Administration (MIOSHA) to make our industry safer and more efficient. Our President is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) and is the Board
Oversight for the Training Committee and sets on the Insurance Committee. We have a formal Safety and Training Program including a substance abuse policy.

We insist that project supervisors establish close communications with the office and the customer. Each crew is equipped with a mobile telephone, pager and a portable fax machine. We require job reports to be faxed to us every day so that we may track the progress of each job closely and communicate its progress to the customer.

We conduct a complete quality assurance tower inspection after each tower is erected. We do not believe the customer's satisfaction should end when the project does. We have invested thousands of hours developing a regular maintenance program for our clients. We have written special computer programs that store an extensive amount of information about each tower that we have under a routine contract. We currently have over 1,200 towers under contract for annual inspections in a five state area.
